Below are some F.AQ’s regarding photos, studios and etc. If you have any questions that are not answered here please send those questions using the form on this page

Do you do TFP (Trade for Print) projects?

I only take on TFP projects for concepts that I personally pitch or initiate. If you come to me with your own concept, there will be a standard session fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept major credit/debit cards,Cash, Zelle and Venmo.

Do you have an hourly rate?

I don’t charge by the hour. I offer curated shoot packages as well as half-day and full-day session rates, depending on your project needs.

Do you shoot weddings?

I don’t shoot weddings, but I can refer you to some talented photographers who specialize in them.

Can I bring someone to my shoot?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring one or two guests for support. I just ask that they don’t interfere with the flow of the session unless asked to assist.

Do you have a studio you work out of?

I don’t have a personal studio, but I work out of several amazing local studios depending on the look and feel of your shoot.

Do you shoot on location or just in studios?

I do both! Whether you want a clean studio look or something more natural and outdoors, we can plan the right location for your vision.

How far in advance should I book my session?

I recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during busy seasons.

Do I get the RAW files from my shoot?

RAW files are not provided. You’re hiring me for my creative eye, editing style, and finished product. The final edited and color-corrected images represent my professional standard — that’s what you’ll receive.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes! You can reschedule your session by contacting me via email or text at least 4 days before your scheduled shoot.
Please note: studio fees are non-refundable, so a new studio fee will apply to your rescheduled date. If you reschedule with less than 4 days’ notice, the session will be considered canceled, and a new booking (including deposit) will be required.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers pre-shoot planning, props, studio bookings, and time reserved for your shoot.

Do you retouch blemishes or body features?

Light retouching (such as skin smoothing, scar removal, color correction, and light cleanup) is included. Advanced edits can be discussed for an additional fee.

Will I be able to pick the photos I like, or do you choose them?

You’ll receive an online proofing gallery within 48 hours of your session to select your favorite images (based on your package or agreed amount). Once you’ve made your selections, I’ll begin editing your chosen photos.

What’s the turnaround time after I select my photos?

Final edited images are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks after you’ve made your selections. I aim to deliver sooner whenever possible, depending on my current workload.

How will my photos be delivered?

You’ll receive a private online gallery link via email. The gallery will remain active for 90 days after delivery. After that, it will be archived — a small fee applies if you need it reactivated.

Can I post my photos on social media?

Of course! I’d love for you to share them. Please credit me (@visual.vybe) when posting — it helps support my work and allows others to find my photography.

Do you post my photos on your social media or website?

Sometimes! I love showcasing my work, but I always respect client privacy. If you prefer to keep your images private, just let me know before or after your session.
